Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Assembly Line Operations: Fitment of engine, frame, body panels, wiring, and final assembly
CNC & Machine Operations: Operate or assist automated and semi-automated equipment
Production Data Entry: Enter daily output, defect reports, and shift logs into system
Basic Data Analysis: Assist in analyzing performance metrics, downtime, and quality trends
Quality Assurance: Conduct visual and basic functional inspections during line processes
Material Movement: Track and manage in-line components and material flow
Housekeeping & Maintenance: Maintain workstations and support daily line readiness
Safety & Compliance: Follow workplace safety standards and escalate risks if needed
Team Support: Coordinate with supervisors, team leads, and maintenance staff
Stipend: ₹24,500/month
Post-Training (Confirmation):
Salary: ₹30,000/month
