Job Description
• Understanding and ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• General understanding of Aircraft parts and materials
• Experience and conversant with Manufacturing processes for metals, non-metals and composites, preferably Aerospace domain
• Familiar with creation of instructions and necessary tools or applications for optimization the working process
• Co-ordination with offshore team for inputs/clarifications/delivery
• Develops manufacturing concepts and strategies to support business objectives
• Develops and integrates suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements
• Reviews and approves supplier data to ensure manufacturing related requirements are met
• Drafts, updates and reviews processes and procedures to support business and regulatory agency requirements
• Supports other teams as instructed to meet engineering commitments
• Working with SAP service notifications, Orders/Quotes, Purchase Requisitions, and Requests for Assistance
• Develops, implements and maintains various material masters and quote back-up sheets to define and document as-built configuration
