This position involves working closely with the Production Manager to plan and carry out a variety of production-related tasks, overseeing production timelines, handling customer queries, and performing additional duties vital for our operations to function seamlessly.

Responsibilities:
1.
Assist the Production Manager in planning and executing production-related activities.
2.
Prioritize, plan, schedule, and manage production activities to meet manufacturing objectives in a timely and cost-effective manner.
3.
Identify production issues, analyze root causes, and derive resolutions.
4.
Perform inventory management and report warehouse status to the Manager.
5.
Develop production plans and schedules to ensure continuous operations.
6.
Develop logistic strategies to avoid downtime and delays.
7.
Work with the Manager in budget analysis and preparation.
8.
Monitor and manage expenses within the allotted budget.

Develop process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency.
10.
Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns promptly and professionally.
11.
Ensure that the manufactured product meets customer specifications.
12.
Communicate production updates and errors to the Manager on a regular basis.
13.
Generate production-related reports for the Manager and customers when needed.
14.
Communicate complex issues to the Manager for immediate resolution.
15.
Assist in various stages of the fence screen production process, including assembly, packaging, and dispatch.
16.
Perform quality checks to ensure all products meet our high standards and adhere to industry regulations.
17.
Operate machinery and equipment necessary for production, maintaining safety and operational standards at all times.
18.
Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

Follow all company protocols and procedures, contributing to a safe and productive work environment.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role, preferably in the fence screen industry.
2.
Familiarity with industrial machinery and equipment.
3.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy items when necessary.
5.
Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
6.
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
