Your new role:
As a Manufacturing Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing quality processes that drive efficiency and ensure compliance with industry standards. You will analyse product requirements, develop and implement quality inspection and test plans, and ensure that production processes consistently meet required quality benchmarks.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality inspection and test plans to ensure compliance with product requirements.
Monitor and analyse production processes to identify areas for quality improvement.
Train production staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices.
Manage and address any non-conformances that arise during production.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure manufacturing processes are optimised for quality and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to ISO+001 quality management system requirements.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance production effectiveness and product reliability.
Maintain documentation and reports related to quality assurance activities.
About You:
As an ideal candidate you will have:
Relevant engineering and/or quality qualifications.
Previous experience in a Quality Engineering role.
Strong knowledge of ISO+001 standards.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in leading quality improvement initiatives and working with cross-functional teams.
