Manufacturing Team Coordinator

Job Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our team in a casual role. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising packaging, shift and staff requirements, as well as ensuring all work is performed in accordance with schedules, guidelines and criteria.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with schedules, guidelines and criteria

- Demonstrate adherence to planned work and required quality output

- Be accountable and responsible for production, machine cleaning, health and hygiene

What You Need

To be successful in this role, you will need a current driver's license, strong knowledge of team leadership and production requirements, substantial demonstrated skills in working within a collaborative, highly skilled work environment, and sound levels of skills in oral, written and interpersonal communication.
