YOUR TASKS
Job Objective:
• Support planning and specifying working cycles and sequences, taking existing manufacturing processes and methods into account; planning and arranging for the procurement / manufacture of appropriate operating and testing equipment in agreement with Manufacturing Engineer
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Manufacturing Engineering:
• Check & calculate capacity utilization of equipment's & Prepare Manpower plan for equipment utilization.
• Prepare suggestions for type extent, and quantity of necessary production equipment (including auxiliary and series tools, jigs, testing equipment, special machines).
• Determine available internal capacities for the construction of operating equipment; estimate the costs and prepare suggestions for internal or external procurement.
• Describe manufacturing sequences, manufacturing capacities and operating equipment data & Prepare manufacturing plans using existing systems and methods.
• Plan manufacturing sequences and operating equipment with the help of existing manufacturing processes, taking knowledge from the field of work science, production engineering and economics into account, as well as guidelines and standards.
• Support evaluation of risks using the process FMEA and taking customer requirements into consideration.
• Prepare and update production and quality related documentation according to the guidelines as well as creating and updating the production master data.
• Plan and coordinate the preparation of (initial) samples including component recording and provision. Monitoring the production of (initial) samples. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
• Diploma /B Tech in Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering
• 0.5-1 Yrs. in Manufacturing Industry
