Group/Division

The SensArray division is the world leading provider of in situ processing measurement and control solutions for the semiconductor industry. The company provides measurement and control solutions to both semiconductor fabs and mask shops to ensure that yields are consistently high thus enabling cost-effective manufacturing SensArray business unit is dedicate to support customer R&D phase as well as HVM with in-situ thermal process control. SensArray business unit enable APC (Automated Process Control) to improve process optimization and yield improvement.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

We are seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Manufacturing Technician to join our production team. This role involves hands-on work across all stages of the manufacturing process, including collaboration with engineers, quality testing, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all manufacturing operations, including setup, calibration, and rework of parts, components, subassemblies, and final assemblies.

Collaborate with engineers to conduct experiments and optimize production processes.

Perform quality inspections on raw and coated mica, polymers, and finished battery covers.

Operate advanced software tools to collect and analyze operational data, making real-time adjustments to equipment and processes.

Assist in developing and refining methods and procedures to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.

Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to daily upkeep standards.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail and fine motor skills.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Experience:

Familiarity with standard manufacturing procedures and the ability to follow established protocols.

Experience with semi-routine tasks and the judgment to recognize when deviations are necessary.

Comfortable receiving guidance on new assignments while independently managing routine responsibilities.

HS Diploma or Equivalent

Technical School or College Degree preferred

Base Pay Range: $18.61 - $31.64 Per Hour

A Day in the Life

As a Returns Clerk, you will play an important part of the Returns team by organizing and completing all warranty, quality control, repairs and returns duties. You'll be working with products from awesome clients that are heavily involved in the active lifestyle.

The following schedule is available for this role:

1st Shift: Monday – Friday (5:00AM - 1:30PM)

What You'll Bring to the Role:

Ability to learn basic warehouse management scanning system (WMS)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Has the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities

Trustworthy and moral character (we use pre-employment background & drug tests)

The Must Haves:

Must have 3+ months of experience in the Returns department

Must be in good standing in your position (i.e., good attendance, performance, no PIPs within last 3 months)

Must notify Supervisor before applying to this role

Must be 18 years or older to apply

Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook and Excel

Must have physical ability to carry out essential job functions, including but not limited to, the ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs., walking and standing for extended periods, climbing ladders/stairs, ok with heights in elevated areas and tolerating conditions such as dust, dirt, noise, odors, heat, cold, etc.

Ensures all returns are processed in a timely manner and as per client requirements.

Input returns information into the system.

Client communication via email and reporting.

Quality control on returns and warranty claims.

Following NRI safety rules, safety procedures, security protocol and standard operating procedures.

Keeps work and storage areas in a safe, clean, and tidy condition at all times.

Performs other duties as requested.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a robust social share shift video strategy focused on accelerating sales outcomes, identifying key opportunities and growth areas.
