Responsibilities
Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of products
Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies
Manufacture and test of AMR (autonomous mobile robots) and accessories following technical drawings, written instruction, & visual aids (i.e., AMR manufacturing process instructions) or SOPs (standard operating procedures)
Assembles and attaches, with a quality mindset, a variety of hardware, PCBAs, & cable/wire routing
Visually inspect parts for proper insertion and placement
Propose/implement modifications to correct process problems
Analyzes results of planned experiments and initiates specification modifications
Monitor process for evaluating or implementing significant change
Collect detailed characterization data and report
Set up new data collection and reporting procedures
Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex problems with processes, and define, recommend and implement solutions/preventative corrective actions
Able to explain, teach and prove problem diagnosis
Repair the diagnosed complex problem and/or implement a preventative action
Creates moderately complex experiments
Dispositions non-standard material, including special and additional processing to ensure quality and reliability standards are met; stops and changes process as appropriate
Modifies new consumables.and propose procedure modifications to adjust the process
Create troubleshooting procedures for junior personnel
Troubleshoots and diagnoses complex problems with processes, and defines possible solutions
May provide work leadership to junior level technicians through assignment of work, training, coordination and checking of assignments
May perform other duties as assigned

Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for the set-up, calibration, testing and troubleshooting of products. Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
• High School or equivalent
• 2+ years of relevant experience in electro-mechanical assembly

Preferred Qualifications:
• Good oral/written communication skills required
• Ability to cooperate with others in a team effort in order to achieve quality and productivity goals
• Responsible for meeting or exceeding production, quality, safety and efficiency standards
• Must be able to read and understand English
• Ability to independently schedule, maintain and present daily management boards required
• Basic working understanding of Microsoft Office/Outlook
