• RESPONSIBILITIES
• Management of production tools and equipment’s.
- Maintain all the tools in their original condition.
- Maintain all the equipment in their original condition (mechanical parts).
- To ensure the preventive maintenance is done on all the tools & Fixtures.
- To ensure the uptime of machines and tools to support the production.
- To ensure spares of the machines are maintained.
- Maintain & Reduce change over time to increase productivity.
- To manage and assure the technical requirement of the relays are met.
• Technical analysis and implementation of Corrective.
- Ensure all the corrective action and preventive actions that are communicated will be implemented on the line.
- Work within the production Team and other dept in identifying the Root Cause and corrective actions are put in place.
• AS+100 & Audit activities.
- Ensure all day-to-day activities are done in accordance with the standard requirements.
- Answer to the remarks related to product realization and implement necessary corrective actions.
• Communication.
- Regular reporting the daily production and set up related Issues, Safety concerns, Quality issues to Production manager & concerned
- To develop a good communication with all the interacting departments like, HR, Planning, Stores, Quality, Manufacturing and maintenance.
- Develop good communication and non-blaming approach with the direct plant operators where regular interactions happen.
• EDUCATION/ KNOWLEDGE.
- Diploma in Engineering (Tool engineering, mechanical engineering, NTTF), with seven years of work exp. In the production field with Tool & fixture maintenance, Production change overs. and etc.

• CRITICAL EXPERIENCE,
- Preventive maintenance of Fixtures & Tools.
- Set up of semi-automatic PLC stations & and their fixtures.
- Production change overs.
- Reading and understanding technical documents like, Drawings, Operations description, Technical data sheets etc.
- Basics of computer, MS-office (Excel, word, outlook etc..).
- Knowledge of ERP.
