Customer support rep/sme/ sr csr/sr tsr/quality analyst/senior analyst
• Handling calls and resolving the queries.
• Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts.
• Provide Back end services to Clients
• Engaged in handling inbound calls of different business Units.
• Provide World Class Customer Service.
• End to End Transaction of Reports.
• Need to maintain Accuracy in Reports.
• You would be engaged in Shared Services of BPO Unit.
