Experience -2-5 Years(Journalist Background)
Craft compelling and creative Marathi content across various platforms, including websites, social media, and print media.
Should have knowledge of political content.
Utilize journalistic skills to research, investigate, and gather information for unique and engaging stories and articles.
Translate and adapt content from different languages into Marathi while maintaining originality and creativity.
Stay abreast of current events, cultural trends, and news in Marathi-speaking regions to produce relevant and captivating content.
Collaborate with editors, designers, and multimedia specialists to develop multimedia content, including videos, infographics, and interactive features.
Meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring the quality and consistency of content.
Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders and experts to add depth and perspective to content.
Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, coherence, and adherence to brand voice and style guidelines.
Monitor audience engagement and feedback to refine content strategies and optimize performance.
Uphold ethical standards and principles of journalism while producing content that entertains, informs, and inspires Marathi-speaking audiences.
Requirements:
Proficiency in written and spoken Marathi, with a keen understanding of grammar, vocabulary, and stylistic nuances.
Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience as a journalist or content writer, with a focus on creative storytelling and content creation in Marathi.
Strong research skills and ability to generate original ideas and perspectives.
Excellent storytelling abilities and a knack for engaging and captivating audiences.
Familiarity with digital content creation tools and platforms.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
