Marathi-Hindi Fresher || BPO-Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to customers (sales/support/reminder/follow-up, depending on process)
• Explain products or services to customers clearly and effectively
• Handle customer queries, complaints, or requests
• Maintain daily call logs and update CRM tools
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call or conversion targets
• Maintain professional tone and customer focus during calls
Required Skills:
• Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi
• Basic computer knowledge (typing, using a browser/CRM)
• Polite, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
• Willingness to learn and grow in the BPO sector
• Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
