Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Associate at Amazon, you will:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Marathi, Hindi, and English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information.
• Deliver excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and ensuring prompt solutions.
• Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and troubleshooting.
• Accurately document interactions and escalate complex issues to higher support levels when required.

• Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (spoken and written).
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• A customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in customer care, telecalling, or BPO roles is a plus.
