Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a MARATHI Counselor at Infinite Health (IHS) located in New Delhi. The Counselor will be responsible for providing counseling and mental health support to individuals seeking assistance. They will assess client needs, develop treatment plans, offer guidance about TB Treatment

Shift Timings: +:00 am to 6:00 pm
Job Description:
Manage outbound calls in a timely manner.
Identify Patient needs clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Keep records of all conversations in our database in a comprehensible way
Should have good typing skills and knowledge of MS Office
Previous experience in a customer support role (Healthcare)
Strong written and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Language Preference- MARATHI
