Our large Marine dealership is looking for an experienced Marine Mechanic or Automotive Mechanic to join our team.
If you would like a career in the Marine Industry and are committed to learning, this is your opportunity to learn all aspects of the trade. The position involves servicing & repairs to inboard & outboard engines and boat trailers.
Main Duties/Responsibilities
Carry out inboard & outboard engine servicing and repairs to required specifications
Completion of job-cards - recording parts & labour hours spent on each job
Trailer repairs and general maintenance
Liaising with clients to ensure their awareness of progress on jobs
Liaising with other technicians, office staff, management & suppliers
Maintain a clean and safe workspace, and abide by workplace health and safety policies and procedures
Operation of forklift
