Objective
As a marine surveyor, main task is to facilitate the growth of company’s marine business in India.
Main task;
Verification, calculation, approval of plan, manuals and drawings
Type approval testing and surveillance during construction of new ships
Survey and inspection of ships in service
Assignment of instructions and review of survey reports
Safety and security management audits
Training of other staff
Any other activities related to classification and/or certification of ships, pleasure crafts, naval vessels and offshore units
Qualification and experience;
Engineering degree in Naval Architect/Marine Engineering with 5-8 years’ experience in a classification society
Proficiency in English and local language
