What We Are Looking For
• Minimum 1 year of offshore FPSO experience, demonstrating expertise across multi-disciplinary marine operations.
• STCW Deck Officer Certificate of Competency required (Chief mate/Masters)
• Proven oil tanker experience, showcasing your ability to operate safely and efficiently at sea.
• ISPS certification/training, reflecting your commitment to maritime security standards.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE standards, Control of Work, and marine operating discipline, ensuring excellence in every operation.
• Good English proficiency for smooth communication with client, teams and international leadership.
• Hands-on experience monitoring and maintaining deck and plant equipment for optimal performance
• Participation in Continuous Improvement initiatives and support for root-cause investigations.
• Experience on FPSO or LNGC vessels, preferably with hydrocarbon loading/discharging terminals, is a strong plus.
What You Will Do
• Execute day-to-day Marine operations safely, reliably, and in compliance with procedures, minimizing environmental impact.
• Monitor plant and deck equipment, performing basic care and ensuring optimal performance.
• Follow and enforce Control of Work procedures, advising leadership of any emerging operational risks.
• Mentor and support junior crew members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
• Supervise equipment and processes, keeping operations within manual/procedure parameters; escalate deviations.
• Conduct isolations, pre-start checks, line-ups, and berthing/loading operations efficiently on FPSO and HUB.
• Maintain awareness of major and ongoing operational risks, suggesting improvements and supporting root-cause investigations.
• Deliver safe, compliant, and disciplined Marine operations while actively identifying Continuous Improvement opportunities.
• Complete required competency training to maintain proficiency and ensure procedural accuracy.
