Job Title - Market Data Engineering - AVP
Location - Mumbai
Role Description
Market Data Technology (MDT) is responsible for the global infrastructure that delivers real time and historic market data to hundreds of applications and thousands of users bank wide.
Our real time distribution platform is primarily built on Refinitiv's TREP & RTDS software, and we are migrating applications to managed platforms. We need somebody who has developer experience ideally in a market data environment to help us on our journey to the next generation platform.

Your key responsibilities
• Development / enhancement to Java Spring boot-based Web Services server application.
• Development / enhancement to C / C++ based market data API layer.
• Installing and supporting market data infrastructure products in a Unix/Linux environment.
• Assisting in cloud migration of market data applications
• Third level support for market data applications
Your skills and experience
• Software development skills in Java and C++
• Perl, python, yaml, general scripting experience useful
• Software development tools, processes (development pipelines, agile) knowledge – Git, TeamCity
• Market Data Real Time Systems knowledge very good to have
• Linux, distributed systems, system tuning knowledge useful
• Networking/Firewalls understanding, tools useful.
• Google Cloud, Anthos, Terraform knowledge useful.
