Job Description

You will be Auckland based but operating nationally, the Market Field Manager – Concrete will play a pivotal technical role across our concrete product portfolio. This position requires a strong focus on admixture and concrete technology, supporting customers’ technical, quality and production teams to optimise mix designs, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure the correct application of Sika technologies in field and plant environments.

Working closely with the Concrete Sales Team, you will provide specialist technical support, contribute to project specifications, deliver product demonstrations, and assist with performance testing and validation. You will help drive product adoption through credible technical engagement, ensuring that our solutions meet evolving market, customer and compliance requirements.

The role also includes responsibility for identifying new opportunities, supporting product development initiatives, and contributing to technical training for both internal staff and customers. A strong understanding of concrete materials science, admixture behaviour, and real‑world performance is essential for success in this position.


Qualifications

We are seeking a technically adept professional with experience in concrete, admixtures or related construction technologies. Exposure to batching plant operations, materials testing, specification work, or technical troubleshooting within the concrete sector will be highly regarded. A relevant tertiary qualification is highly advantageous.
