As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly capable, people-focused, and results-driven leader to oversee and scale our Texas market.
Position Summary
The Market General Manager (GM) is the senior operational leader for the Texas market and is accountable for overall performance across Catering, Concessions, and Venue Management.
This role owns market-level execution of revenue, profitability, quality, and team development, while serving as the primary integrator between field operations and Peak Beverage’s centralized leadership and support teams (Concessions, Purchasing, and Personnel).
The Market GM reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO) and plays a critical role in translating company strategy into consistent, high-quality execution on the ground.
Key Responsibilities
Market Performance & Financial Leadership
Own market-level revenue, profitability, and operational performance across all business verticals
Plan and approve market spending and asset needs
Ensure accurate product reporting and monthly inventory controls
Monitor KPIs and lead corrective action when performance falls short of targets
Operational Excellence & Standards
Ensure company standards, policies, and operating procedures are executed consistently
Oversee readiness and execution for events, concessions, and venue operations
Lead quality audits and site visits to maintain high execution standards
Team Leadership & Development
Lead market-level meetings and performance management
Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and quarterly conversations with direct reports
Develop and retain strong operational leaders within the market
Ensure compliance with People Analyzer and EOS people processes
Stakeholder & Partner Relations
Serve as the primary point of contact for key venue partners and major clients in Texas
Handle escalated client concerns and protect long-term partnerships
Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Submit daily operational reports to the COO
Partner closely with centralized Purchasing, Personnel, and Concessions leadership to resolve staffing, supply chain, and execution challenges.
Present monthly and quarterly market performance updates to leadership
Requirements & Qualifications
5+ years of progressive leadership experience in operations, general management, or multi-unit management within hospitality, food & beverage, events, concessions, or a related service-based industry
3+ years in a senior leadership role overseeing managers or department heads
Demonstrated ownership of P&L or market-level financial performance
Strong working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, labor management, and inventory controls
Proven ability to lead through structure, accountability, and performance management systems
Experience implementing or operating within EOS or similar operating frameworks strongly preferred
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-level client relationships
High emotional intelligence, strong judgment, and the ability to remain calm and decisive in fast-paced environments
Proficient with operational reporting tools, spreadsheets, and performance dashboards
Willingness to work a flexible schedule and travel locally within the Texas market as needed
