Job Description for Market Place Coordinator:
1. Commercial/ Quotation preparation & sharing to customers on behalf of MD, VP & Other Staff Members
2. Working on CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Tool like:
· Quote Preparation
· Data Management and Data Warehousing
· Deal Preparation
· Contract Preparation
3. Management of Renewal Business (Need to follow up renewal clients three four months before renewal, share commercials, create deal in CRM and get orders from client before one month)
4. Microsoft SMB Workshop related work (Sharing Webinar links, sharing Feedback Form, getting it filled up by clients, helping the Sales team to Join up clients at the time of webinar, calling up clients to re-join the webinar who didn’t join earlier), Updating the Microsoft Invoice shared by VP, Sign, Stamp & Scan the Invoice and sending it to VP.
5. Managing Incoming leads on our Market Place Portals (E Commerce Websites)- Calling the clients, Verifying the Leads, passing on to the Sales Executive after discussion with the VP, doing the follow up with the respective salesperson for the lead shared and maintaining the excel file of incoming leads and updating the file time to time till closure.
6. Adding licenses for client on the Distributor Portal when required and as instructed by the Accounts Team, once license is added, sharing the screen shot with clients and also taking follow up on email that the licenses are added, also entering the details of license addition in the O365 Price Working Sheet, then making PO for Distributor as per the working sheet and asking the Accounts team to share the PO to distributor.
7. Working on LINKEDIN as per management’s instructions
8. Understanding MailChimp and other Marketing portals and performing the actions as per instruction from seniors.
