Responsibilities:
• Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant market data, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
• Assist in market sizing exercises, identifying potential market opportunities, and evaluating market segments.
• Compile and analyze research data, generating reports and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain databases for storing and organizing market research information.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
• Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the IT consulting business.
• Assist in the preparation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the development of research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires.
• Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to analyze and visualize research data effectively.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Market Research Associate or similar role for 1-2 years.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
• Knowledge of IT consulting concepts such as data analytics, AI-ML, cloud computing, Salesforce, SAP, etc., is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to deliver compelling presentations and reports.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
