Job Location: Bangalore
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Analyze attendee data and share performance metrics with marketing and sales teams.
• Conduct primary and secondary market research to gather relevant business information
• Perform data mining and database enrichment using various tools and online platforms
• Build targeted prospect lists aligned with business and sales objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and industry reports
• Work closely with the sales team to support lead generation and outreach campaigns
• Maintain and update research data in internal systems with high accuracy
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights using Excel / Google Sheets
• Ensure timely delivery of research output while maintaining quality standards
Must have skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or any relevant field
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel & Google Sheets (lookup, filtering, basic formulas, formatting)
• Hands-on experience or academic exposure to market research and data mining
• Good understanding of US geography, business landscape, and industry terminologies
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the sales team
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple research assignments
Good to have skills:
• Experience with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.
• Experience supporting B2B lead generation activities
