There are two kinds of freshers. One who come with the thought that they are new, will take time to learn, will make mistakes as it is all so new to them; the other type who are attentive, think with clarity, feel anything new is up their alley, they come with full involvement and immerse themselves into the project quickly and want that there should be no or hardly any mistakes (if they are briefed well on the project). Job description: A Qualitative market researcher (who understands the difference between Qualitative and Quantitative research to begin with!). With min 3 to 4 months full-time job experience (could be unrelated) but not greater than 2 years of experience (most experience to be related to qualitative market research if they want the salary matched) are invited to apply. Should be open to Quantitative research also (comfortable with numbers) as we do some amount of quantitative work also to be able to arrive at a marketing solution.
Good writing skills and a flare for expression and articulation are prerequisites. Ability to focus and playing with your data and consumer's thoughts, analysis of themes and patterns to bring out insights will be core focus of your work. You could be from any stream; A graduate or a post-graduate. Open to travel and meeting consumers online or offline.
