Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Market Research Associate to join our team. The Market Research Associate will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research and analysis to support our organization's strategic decision-making process. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in market research, possess excellent communication and analytical skills, and demonstrate proficiency in data analysis tools, presentation software, and IT consulting concepts.
Responsibilities:
Conduct primary and secondary research to gather relevant market data, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
Assist in market sizing exercises, identifying potential market opportunities, and evaluating market segments.
Compile and analyze research data, generating reports and presenting findings to internal stakeholders.
Develop and maintain databases for storing and organizing market research information.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide market insights and support strategic decision-making processes.
Stay updated with industry developments, market trends, and emerging technologies relevant to the IT consulting business.
Assist in the preparation and delivery of PowerPoint presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Support the development of research methodologies, surveys, and questionnaires.
Utilize Excel and other data analysis tools to analyze and visualize research data effectively.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of research processes and techniques.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Market Research Associate or similar role for 1-2 years.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools.
Knowledge of IT consulting concepts such as data analytics, AI-ML, cloud computing, Salesforce, SAP, etc., is desirable.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to deliver compelling presentations and reports.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
