Job Description

We are looking for a Market Research Executive to join our team. As a Market Research Executive, you will be critical in driving our business development efforts by studying market trends, conducting in-depth research, and utilizing analytics and feedback to inform our decision-making process. Your insights and recommendations will directly contribute to our company's growth and success.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and generate potential sales leads in the social impact sector for our products. You will drive the sales process by identifying prospects and gathering information to help the sales team convert leads into subscribers.

Responsibilities:
• Lead Identification: Use various sources such as market research, online platforms, databases, and networking to identify potential leads and prospects.
• Prospecting: Reach out to potential stakeholders via phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to introduce the company's products or services and identify their needs and interests.
• Assessment: Assess the potential leads based on specific criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timeline to determine their suitability for the sales team.
• Lead Nurturing: Build and maintain relationships with potential stakeholders by following up on initial contacts and providing them with relevant information, updates, and resources.
• Collaboration with Strategic Stakeholder Engagement Team: Work closely with the team to understand their requirements, provide them with qualified leads, and align strategies to optimize lead conversion.
• Database Management: Update and maintain the CRM system or any other lead tracking system with accurate and detailed information about leads, interactions, and outcomes.
• Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and generate targeted leads.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and the effectiveness of various lead generation strategies.
• Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize lead generation and lead conversion efforts.

Qualifications:
• 3-4 years experience in Specific need based Market research data assimilation, segregation, weeding out, analytics,Identification of best course pathways and contact points for required data.
• Proven Experience: Previous experience in lead generation, market research and business development is preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage potential leads and convey information about the company's products and services.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to articulate the value proposition of the company's products or services and convince potential leads to take the next steps in the sales process.
• Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills to identify potential leads and gather relevant information about their business needs and requirements.
• Self-Motivation: Highly self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and meet or exceed targets.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with the sales team and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
• Organization Skills: Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple leads, prioritize tasks, and follow up promptly.
• Technological Proficiency: Proficiency of CRM software, lead generation tools, and other relevant software applications would be an added advantage.

+:30am to 6pm-Monday to Saturday
