• Working in the market to collect detailed information about the competition on the pricing of products both to distributors and to retailers
• Current credit terms of the distributor with retailer/mechanic and credit given by company to the distributor
• Distributor margins and other schemes given by company to the distributor
• Ground-level marketing activities done by competition.
• New distributors in the market
• Consumer/retailer/mechanic offer
