Major Responsibilities
· Enriching Leica’s contact level data through secondary research to identify decision makers and influencers.
· Searching & validating each contact record using online directories such as Google; then updating contacts lists in Microsoft Excel.
· Providing weekly customer data for marketing and sales to increase their market visibility
· Communicating with global leaders per business need.
· Other duties may be assigned as required by the business need. We put specific focus in research methodology, approach, accuracy, and in meeting deadlines for deliverables.
Required Education, Experience, Skills
Professional Experience
· Minimum 1 year of secondary/primary market research experience; data research and analysis
· Knowledge of MS Excel, Salesforce, Pardot preferred
Education· Bachelor’s degree
Language
· English
