Role

The Marketing Manager will provide operational and managerial-level marketing expertise for Alight Solutions throughout Asia Pacific which includes North, Southeast Asia and Australia/New Zealand. The Marketing Manager’s activities will directly support and drive demand generation, help to enhance and differentiate Alight Solutions in the sales process, increase customer intimacy and drive growth.

The Marketing Manager will operate as part of the local leadership team and collaborate with marketing peers across Europe and North America. This role requires experience and expertise to drive demand generation; increase brand awareness, and result in increased sales opportunities for the APAC sales team.

Responsibilities
• Create and implement a regional digital first marketing strategy to support and drive regional sales goals, focused on demand generation (MQL/SQL).
• Maintain regular, bi-directional communication with sales and leadership team members on marketing programs and initiatives.
• Lead and develop a high-performing marketing function which delivers on-time and on-budget demand generation programs for the outsourcing as well as digital offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales teams to create highly-tailored sales messaging and experiences for key client and prospect engagements.
• Lead Alight Solutions’ presence externally at key trade shows, conferences and events.
• Oversee marketing communications including marketing automation, branding, PR, advertising, white papers, infographics, solution briefs, slideshows, client case studies, video promotion, seminars, events, collateral materials, market research management and social/online presence management.
• Work closely with global design team to develop digital customer journeys and marketing assets
• Provide reporting and analytics on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and other marketing activities using CRM and marketing automation systems.
• Monitor and communicate competitor information/activity internally to educate and maintain a competitive edge.
• Optimise the customer experience, drive traffic to and build content for the various Alight APAC websites
• Develop close collaboration & intensify partner programs with leading technology providers in your region with the objective to drive demand
• Work with the broader global marketing team to deploy global initiatives in your local markets by actively contributing to the execution.
• Oversee one marketing specialist
• Act as the regional custodian of the Alight brand.
• Facilitate and enhance the use of social media to reach extended audiences regionally.
• Act as an ambassador of the Alight brand.

Experience and Skills
• BA - Required
• Minimum 5 to 7 years of marketing management experience required, ideally with an emphasis on digital
• Extensive work experience around the APAC region, spanning multiple countries/geographies
• Industry experience in the area of Outsourcing Services, Professional Services, Software or Technology, if possible in the Human Resources space desired but not a must
• Ability to think strategically and translate market requirements and complex technical features into comprehensive and cohesive value propositions
• Ability to plan, organize, monitor and execute multiple projects on-time and within budget
• Self-starter & hands-on mentality – this role requires someone who can execute campaigns
• Experience with content creation, marketing automation tools & lead nurturing
• Strong understanding of branding, lead generation and sales processes, and a proven ability to drive and deliver successful demand generation programs
• Deep expertise of electronic and social marketing strategy & programs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and expert presentation skills
• Highly-organized and ability to work in a fast-moving, international, complex matrix environment
• Managerial experience
• Fluency in other APAC languages beyond ENG desirable
