JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Conceptualize and manage advertising & brand campaigns across media- TV, Print, OOH, Radio, Mobile, Digital platforms & BTL activities like Branded van, mall activations, door to door campaigns, event stalls, agency activations & branding etc.
• Handling Creative, PR & Media agency for effective delivery of brand communication & managing the public relations and multi-platform launch promotions for individual properties, shows & initiatives
• Responsible for on-air innovations, ideas and sales pitches to create revenue opportunities for the channel
• Tracking competition, Analyzing industry reports to generate strategic inputs for better reach.
• Conceptualizing & Organizing Brand Events & IPs
• Brand Alliances – strategic brand partnerships, media barter deals and co-promotion deals
• Ensuring reasonable SOV through Marketing campaigns, consumer engagement including contests, Activations, Merchandising & Promotions etc.
• Drive SOV Levels by continuously working towards increasing the quantum of creative, PR Coverage and partnerships
• Ensuring recognition for the brand at various industry forums
• Conceptualizing & managing consumer research & strategic surveys
• Sales enablement, relationship management with key stakeholders – editorial, sales, legal, finance, audit etc.
SKILL REQUIREMENTS
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• An understanding of trends and an ability to respond to customers wishes
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
