Job Description
This is a varied and hands-on role supporting both marketing activities and day-to-day administration.
The role is 15–20 hours per week, with flexible school-friendly hours available. Some hours can be worked from home; however, the role will require regular in-office time, particularly for filming marketing content, team collaboration, and administrative support.
Key responsibilities include:
Marketing Support
Managing and scheduling social media content
Creating marketing materials (using Canva or similar tools)
Assisting with email campaigns and client newsletters
Maintaining and updating the website
Coordinating client reviews and testimonials
Assisting with filming and coordinating marketing content
Using AI tools to support content creation, workflow efficiency, and process improvement (experience with AI tools is highly regarded)
Administrative Support
Preparing and formatting client documentation
CRM data entry and database management
Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients
Managing emails and general correspondence
Booking appointments and diary management
General office support as required
