Key Responsibilities:
Client Profiling & Research: Assist in developing and maintaining client profiles by gathering and analyzing relevant information. Job Applications: Research job opportunities, tailor applications, and manage submission processes on various platforms. Email Management: Monitor and organize incoming emails, respond to inquiries, and draft communications. LinkedIn Outreach: Engage with potential clients or job postings through LinkedIn, maintaining professional and consistent communication. Virtual Meetings: Schedule and attend meetings via Google Meet, take minutes, and follow up on action items. Content Preparation: Create and update documents, presentations, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Marketing Support: Assist in marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and developing basic promotional materials.
Required Skills:
Strong command of English (written and verbal) – able to communicate professionally with USA-based clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Meet). Basic understanding of LinkedIn for networking and job applications. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
