The Hauschild Group Real Estate Team at Royal LePage Team Realty is seeking a dynamic Marketing Administrator & Client Care Coordinator specializing in real estate who is committed to working in a collaborative team environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and marketing listings, communicating with clients, collaborating with service providers, and supporting the daily administrative operations of the team.

We are looking for someone who has passion and enthusiasm for working with real estate clients, a strong sense of communication and collaboration, and the ability to multi-task in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Experience working in a real estate office is essential, and holding a real estate licence is considered a strong asset.
This is a full-time, 18-month maternity leave contract position, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We offer a competitive salary and a professional team environment.
Duties of the Position Include
Marketing & Listing Coordination
Prepare marketing materials for listings including Matrix input, feature sheets, written and graphic marketing materials, signage, and advertisements
Draft compelling MLS descriptions and ensure listing accuracy
Coordinate staging consultations, photography, videography, and signage
Manage website listings in collaboration with service providers
Upload and manage listing content across website and social platforms
Create and manage digital and print marketing campaigns
Manage social media accounts and create consistent social messaging
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms
Client Care & Communication
Provide service excellence to current and past clients
Liaise between clients, service providers, and team members
Support client appreciation initiatives and follow-up communications
Maintain professional communication standards at all times
Handle client matters with discretion and tact
Office Administration & Team Support
Provide direct support to the Team Leader and work collaboratively with the Office Manager
Assist with coordination of real estate documentation and compliance paperwork
File creation and preparation of transaction paperwork
Calendar management and prioritization
Organization and management of special projects and events
General office and administrative functions shared with another team member
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Provide coverage for Office Manager responsibilities when required
Requirements
Strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in a team environment
Detail oriented and capable of multi-tasking
Developed skills in prioritizing, decision making, and time management
Skilled at troubleshooting and problem solving
Tech savvy with strong social media and digital marketing skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client focused and passionate about service excellence
Substantial knowledge and experience preparing listings for posting on Matrix
Experience using a CRM system including lead tracking, with experience using Follow Up Boss considered an asset
Knowledge of Canva, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Mailchimp, and WordPress
Previous experience using Matrix, Faltour, and Webforms
Tact in dealing with clients' private situations and information
Valid driver’s license and vehicle access
Other Asset Considerations
Marketing and business education and experience
Holding a real estate license
