William Buck, more than advisors: We understand that exceptional advice comes from passionate people who thrive in an environment where they feel empowered to shape outcomes. That's why at William Buck, we've created what we like to call the 'Goldilocks' model – a top ten performing business that's just the right size to ensure every employee has a tangible impact.

William Buck is the perfect place to start, grow or take your career to the next level. Be part of a dynamic team that prides itself on delivering advice that makes a difference.

William Buck is a progressive firm of Accountants and Advisors. Forget the ‘number crunching’ stereotype—our firm is 100% people-focused. Our bold brand promise, ‘Changing Lives,’ recognizes the difference our people make in the lives of their clients, colleagues, and the wider community.

Description of the role: We’re looking for a Marketing Advisor with a passion for brand building, campaign management, and digital marketing to lead multi-channel strategies that contribute directly to business growth. In this role you’ll shape how the world sees William Buck. From developing creative campaigns to engaging stakeholders, you’ll amplify the firm’s story and play a vital role in driving our brand forward.

What makes you 'just right':
You've honed your skills in professional services marketing and brand development, ready to make a significant impact.

You bring over four years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, with a strong focus on digital marketing, lead nurturing, and sponsorship management.

You’re ready to develop your strong leadership abilities, to inspire both internal teams and external partners to achieve remarkable results.

You excel in managing digital campaigns, utilising analytics and insights to optimise performance and drive measurable results.

You’re adept at creating engaging content and have experience collaborating with industry experts to elevate profiles and nurture leads.

You're proficient in using marketing tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Office, Canva, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Google Analytics, and programmatic ad platforms.

What your day might look like:
Lead and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns focusing on brand building, lead nurturing, and business development.
Take ownership of brand governance, ensuring consistent representation across all channels, events, and partnerships.
Develop and execute sponsorship strategies to amplify brand visibility and drive business development opportunities.
Collaborate with external digital marketing agencies to implement programmatic campaigns and elevate brand awareness.
Create and distribute engaging content in collaboration with industry experts to raise profiles and nurture leads.
Conduct market research to develop targeted strategies for specific sectors.
Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve ROI.
Mentor junior team members and manage workflow to meet deadlines.
Over four years of experience in marketing, communications, or PR, with a strong focus on digital.

What makes us 'just right':
Open door policy – 1 on 1 access to Partners & Managers.
Clear career pathways and focused learning and development programs - national Graduate College, monthly tax training, CA support and virtual study sessions.
You will be part of a collaborative, social and inclusive culture - we have lots of social events, firm drinks, and regular colleague networking opportunities.
We are Accountants, but we aren't boring! You will learn a lot, you will be challenged, and you will have a lot of fun.
