We created Capsule just three years ago with the belief that insurance could be done better, faster and act as a true force for good in business and beyond. We're on a strong growth trajectory delivering well ahead of our £20m plan for 2023, and on track for our vision to be a £100m business by 2028. Our clients include some of the UK’s most successful tech scale-ups including Castore, what3words and Daye. Many of our customers are backed by the UK’s top venture capital firms. One of our first goals in setting up our business was to become a B-Corp, a status we’re incredibly proud to have achieved in 2022 and +% of our clients are B-Corps themselves.
We’ve got insurance expertise on our side, too. Our founders, Tom and Liam were part of the core team who built and exited Top 50 broker, Kingsbridge Insurance - where they grew the business by 12x over six years and delivered a successful exit. We are backed by US-based Insurtech ‘soonicorn’, Vouch.

Responsibilities
• Support with the implementation of the growth & marketing strategies and budgets
• Coordinate and manage all marketing team support requests from across the business - (task logs, briefs, event management, diary management, content support, social media support, reporting, new initiatives, and lead generation)
• Work directly with the partnership team to deliver effective partnership marketing and communications
• Proactively engage with the B Corp community (B Hive, Comms, Social and campaigns) to raise awareness of Capsule and drive enquiries into the team
• Events – lead the planning, coordination and delivery of Capsule events
• Key contributor to our social media plan
• Oversee client marketing communications (build, timings, delivery, reporting) marketing led / added value content inc client news round ups / case studies etc
• Support the businesses ongoing ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) objectives and B Corp responsibilities
• Contribute towards raising brand awareness and identifying suitable prospects
Requirements
• Experience in sales, marketing and events
• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
• Excellent organisational skills
• Intellectually curious and always keen to learn
• A great natural network and enjoy meeting new people
• A creative thinker who is always producing new ideas
• A confident communicator
• Capable and confident with data
• A natural collaborator who enjoys working across multiple teams
• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Salary £30-35k per annum + bonus + benefits
Based in Cheltenham or London
