Job Description
Richardson Group Real Estate is seeking a driven, creative, and results-oriented Marketing & Media Specialist to help grow a modern, content-focused real estate brand.
This is not a traditional marketing role. You will not be sitting behind a desk simply posting content. This position is directly tied to lead generation, brand growth, and real estate transactions.
You will be responsible for creating content that attracts attention, generates leads, and contributes to closed deals. Compensation is structured with a modest base and strong performance-based upside, allowing the right candidate to significantly increase their income as results improve.
What You’ll Be Doing
Creating short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for listings, market updates, and brand-building
Editing and producing engaging, high-converting content using tools like CapCut, Canva, or similar
Managing and posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms
Assisting with marketing for active listings (videos, reels, promotional content)
Supporting lead generation efforts through organic content and optional paid campaigns
Monitoring inbound leads from marketing channels and helping convert attention into appointments
Collaborating directly with the Team Leader on content ideas, campaigns, and growth strategies

Compensation Structure
Modest monthly base to support consistent output
Performance-based bonuses tied to closed transactions
Additional incentives based on lead generation and overall performance
