We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Strategy and Campaign Execution Specialist to assist in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of campaign life cycle, excellent research skills, and experience with social media management and email marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Development: Assist in developing marketing strategies alongside your manager, taking into account market trends, competitor analysis, and target audience insights.
Competitor Research: Conduct extensive research on competitors' products and services, analyzing their strengths and weaknesses, and create presentations with your findings to inform marketing decisions.
Social Media Management: Manage social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates, to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Email Marketing: Create and build emails for email marketing campaigns using software such as Mailchimp, ensuring they are visually appealing, engaging, and aligned with our brand messaging.
Project Tracking: Track projects and assist in standardizing marketing materials, including reports, presentations, and other assets, to ensure consistency and quality across all channels.
Sales Support
Contact Database Management: Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like LinkedIn and Google search for the target group, and maintaining the database on the internal templates of the organization.
Customer Engagement: Connecting with existing and potential customers to educate them about company services, highlighting key benefits and features that meet their needs.
Lead Generation: Generating promising leads for the field sales team to pursue, based on market research, customer insights, and sales strategy.
