Marketing & Sales Executive – Industrial LED Lighting Products

Location: Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Goa, Punjab, Haryana, Bhubaneshwar, Delhi

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will promote and sell our electronics products, build strong relationships with clients, and expand our market presence across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities for electronic products in industrial, commercial, and Govt. sectors.

Generate leads through field visits and digital outreach.

Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and B2B clients.

Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.

Promote Pyrotech’s electronic products, provide product demonstrations, and offer technical support to clients.

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and yearly targets.

Handle negotiations, prepare quotations, and close sales deals efficiently.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and after-sales support.

Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and competitor analysis to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Electronics, or a related field.

1-3 years of experience in sales and marketing of electronics products (Industrial/Consumer Electronics preferred).

Strong networking and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in Hindi & English (local dialects are a plus).

Ability to travel extensively across Rajasthan for client meetings and market expansion.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in LED lighting, CCTV, industrial electronics, automation, or electrical products.

Prior experience dealing with B2B, government, or industrial clients.
