Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated marketing enthusiast to join our team. This Job offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in the field of marketing while contributing to the growth and success of our organization. The Marketing executive will work closely with our marketing team and assist with various marketing activities to promote our products/services and increase brand presence. This Contract position of 3-6 months. depending on the performance the candidate may be offered a full time position.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns.
2. Conduct market research to identify target groups, market trends and competitive analysis.
3. Support the creation and optimization of marketing content across various channels, including social media, websites, blog posts and email marketing.
4. Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other promotional materials.
5. Assist in managing and updating the company's social media accounts, including scheduling posts, tracking engagement and analyzing performance metrics.
6. Track and report on marketing campaign results, including website traffic, social media engagement and lead generation.
7. Support in the planning and coordination of marketing events, such as trade fairs, conferences and product launches.
8. Conduct regular website audits to ensure content accuracy and optimal user experience.
+. Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including organizing records, maintaining marketing databases and preparing reports.
10. Monitor industry trends and emerging marketing strategies and share relevant insights with the team.
Qualifications
1. Degree in marketing, business administration or a related field, with a working experience of 1-2 years.
2. Strong passion for marketing and eagerness to learn and grow in this field.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Skills in using social media, content management systems and marketing tools.
5. Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and techniques including SEO, email marketing and social media marketing.
6. Creativity and a keen eye for design, with the ability to develop engaging marketing materials.
7. Strong analytical skills to collect and interpret data, monitor campaign performance and generate insights.
8. Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

10. Collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
