Designation: Marketing Analyst Exp: 0-2yrs Shift Timing: 3pm -12am Location: Pune (Kalyani Nagar) About The Role Are you a marketing enthusiast with a hunger to learn and a passion for making a difference? We're seeking a bright and energetic Marketing Manager (Entry-Level) to join our dynamic team. You'll have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in all aspects of marketing, working alongside seasoned professionals. Responsibilities l Assist in developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns across various channels (online, offline, social media) l Conduct market research to support campaign development and understand target audiences l Create engaging marketing content (website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, etc.) under guidance l Manage and contribute to social media presence, helping to increase engagement and brand awareness l Support with email marketing campaigns, including content creation and list management l Assist with analyzing marketing campaign performance and reporting on key metrics l Participate in event planning and execution as needed (trade shows, conferences, webinars) l Collaborate effectively with internal teams (sales, design, product) l Stay curious and learn about the latest marketing trends and tools Qualifications l Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) l Recent graduate or someone with less than 2 years of marketing experience l Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and a desire to learn more l Excellent written and verbal communication skills l Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with direction l Strong organizational skills and attention to detail l Team player with a positive and proactive attitude l Proficiency in basic marketing tools (e.g., social media platforms, basic content creation tools) a plus Benefits l Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment l Gain valuable experience in all aspects of marketing l Learn from experienced professionals l Be part of a growing and innovative company
