Job Description
Manage the CTS social media profile, ensuring the CTS Facebook and Instagram are current
Develop and manage relationships with media
Preparation and distribution of CTS press releases and grantee impact stories
Ensure CTS media and communications are appropriately communicated
Preparation of material for annual report
Responsibility for production of in-house presentation material for meetings and events
Support the smooth delivery of internal and external CTS run events in conjunction with other employees
Manage the marketing and communications budget
We are looking for someone with:
Understanding of, and affinity with, the charitable sector, community issues and not-for-profit environment
Experience in marketing and communications planning, development, budgeting and implementation
Experience running events is desirable, but not essential
Experience working in a team with excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communications skills
Experience writing press releases and marketing content/stories
Strong computer literacy including Word/Excel/Outlook/website/social media
A clean full drivers' licence
A relevant tertiary qualification is desirable, but not essential
Affinity with Community Trust South's values and Strategic Aspiration
