Work Description:
Content: Writing, reviewing, editing, and updating content for social media, company website, marketing materials, and similar platforms. Thinking on your feet for new ideas/ new ways to execute the daily social media posting across instagram, facebook, twitter, youtube and linkedin. Keeping it engaging engaging, creative and innovative.
Execution: Making sure ideas go well into execution and the idea is well represented keeping in mind the Conscious handle
Analysis: Keeping track of content buckets that are working and bringing in more engagement vs others that are not as fruitful. And aiding these with data
Reports: insights from posts, collabs, bloggers, website visitors and anything else month on month that has changed - whether good or bad
Work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages
Candidature requirements:Min 2 years of experience in brand/category/product management, entrepreneurship with a proven track record of helping scale growth, preferably in a start-up.
Proven experience in web content writing, content strategy, and writing for the website
Project management experience, with a solid understanding of project management principles and techniques
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
A start-up mentality with a bias for agile action
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with SEO and web analytics tools
A degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields is preferred
