Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Specialist.
This role will hold end-to-end brand-building responsibility for the organization, mainly covering developing brand essence, communication, and content development to feed into our digital and performance marketing function.
This candidate will go on to build the brand and marketing team for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a voice, tone, look, and feel for the brand that connects the brand's promise with customer needs and builds a deep connection with mothers/ corporates
• Convert brand essence into highly engaging social media stories through a skillfully planned content marketing calendar
• Build a strong and engaging community of working moms
• Work in liaison with design, digital, and performance marketing teams to deploy brand communication
• Be responsible for achieving business metrics (onboarding, engagement)
• Own content strategy for all marketing collaterals - social media posts, paid campaigns, newsletters, emails, and website through a team of in-house resources/ outsourced vendors
• Make Little Big World a known brand among its local TG
• Create a compelling content strategy for the brand and manifest its communication to all marketing channels
Ideal candidate:
• Must possess 4+ years of relevant prior experience in brand-building through effective storytelling
• Experience in design or performance, will be an added advantage
• Prior experience in women/mother-related brands will be an added advantage
• Personal parenting experience will help
Location:
Pune, onsite, with 2 days of local travel to different branches
