Position Overview: We are looking for talented and driven Content/Marketing folks to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for writing, an understanding of digital marketing, and familiarity with SEO best practices. You will be responsible for creating compelling content across various platforms and assisting with digital marketing initiatives to boost our online presence.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute content strategies, including blogs, website copy, case studies, email marketing, and social media content.
● Write SEO-friendly content, optimize website pages, and conduct keyword research to improve organic reach.
● Plan and manage social media campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring consistency in brand messaging.
● Track social media performance, analyze audience insights, and adjust strategies to enhance engagement and lead generation.
● Execute and monitor paid campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and social media platforms.
● Manage email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and drip marketing automation.
● Create visuals, infographics, and marketing creatives using Canva, Figma, or Photoshop.
● Edit short-form videos, reels, and marketing content using basic video editing tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
● Organize and manage podcasts, webinars, and online events, handling scripting, coordination, guest outreach, and post-production edits.
● Repurpose content from podcasts and webinars into social media snippets, blog posts, and promotional materials. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align content and marketing strategies with business goals.
● Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools, and industry best practices to drive innovation.
Who You Are:
● Completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
● 0-4 years of experience in the similar field.
● Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with impeccable grammar and attention to detail.
● Ability to research and understand complex topics and translate them into clear, concise, and engaging content.
● Familiarity with digital marketing tactics and SEO best practices is a plus.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite.
● Experience and knowledge of tools like Canva, SEMrush, Google Analytics, SEO tools, Social Media Campaigns & Ads, Graphic Designing/Video Editing tools is a plus.
● Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
