Job Description
You will work closely with the founder, design team, and sales team to build compelling content that drives awareness, engagement, and qualified leads. Your secondary responsibilities will include ORM and brand marketing activities. This role involves occasional travel to project sites and the factory.
Key Responsibilities:-
Content Creation
Develop high-quality content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
Write captions, case studies, blogs, product stories, and emailers aligned with brand voice.
Conceptualise and shoot BTS, process videos, product showcases, and client story content (basic phone shooting skills required).
Co-ordinate with photographers/videographers for professional shoots.
Brand & Marketing
Execute monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
Assist in brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
Maintain consistency in brand tone, design, and messaging.
Support events, launches, exhibitions, outreach activities and collaborations.
Performance & Growth
Monitor content performance and track key metrics (reach, engagement, lead quality, etc.).
Research industry trends, competitor brands, design inspiration, and new formats.
Suggest new ideas to grow community engagement and brand loyalty.
Sales & Cross-Team Alignment
Work with the sales team to create product decks, presentations, and product-specific content.
Help generate marketing material that supports the sales pipeline.
Draft and refine communication for client-facing messaging (emails, WhatsApp scripts, etc.).
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital content, or brand communication.
Strong writing skills (English).
Basic understanding of interior design, architecture, or premium lifestyle brands (preferred).
Comfort with Canva, basic editing apps (CapCut, VN), and social media tools.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.
Ability to think visually and narratively.
Nice to Have
Photography/videography interest or basic skills.
Experience with reels, storytelling content, and trend research.
Exposure to CRM, email marketing tools or basic analytics.
