Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in target markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, distributors, and clients
Promote company products and generate leads through field visits and digital platforms
Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Achieve sales targets and business growth objectives
Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery
Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Maintain records of sales, leads, and client interactions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
0-2 years of experience in marketing or business development (Pharma experience preferred)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel for fieldwork
Good knowledge of MS Office and digital marketing tools
