What’s the role?

As the Marketing & Digital Lead, you will be a member of the BT Marketing Leadership team, reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, BT Financial Group. The purpose of this role is to lead the BT marketing and digital team, delivering an integrated program of marketing deliverables that achieve business objectives and are in line with BTs strategy and standards.

This role requires an effective leader who can lead a team of high performing and experienced digital and marketing practitioners to deliver quality outcomes, in accordance with our corporate values and desired culture. Critical to this role is stakeholder management and the ability to work closely and collaboratively with Marketing team members, distribution and product leaders and agency partners.

Lead strategy, planning, and execution of BT’s marketing and digital roadmap

Manage cross-functional teams, workflows, and stakeholder engagement

Drive high-performing campaigns, sponsorships, and digital projects

Oversee creation and delivery of impactful print and digital assets

Lead digital content for web, email, and social channels to boost brand visibility and lead generation

Represent Marketing on strategic initiatives and deliver key communications

Collaborate with Data & Analytics for email campaigns and marketing insights

Monitor marketing performance and present results to leadership

Manage budget, resource allocation, and ensure compliance with policies

What do I need?

Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field

Extensive experience in marketing and running a marketing and/or digital team

Proven marketing campaign and digital marketing experience

Proven ability to manage budgets

High competence in project and stakeholder management

Financial Services experience preferred
