Key Responsibilities:
• Actively promote the venue using various marketing tools and techniques.
• Leverage platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and RajwadeHall.org to market the venue.
• Promote and manage ticket sales through platforms like BookMyShow, Ticketkhidki, and on-site sales.
• Manage all events from start to finish, including seating arrangements, banners, and coordination with the BISM cleaning staff.
• Liaise with clients renting the venue, provide guidelines, manage the time allocated, and ensure payment collection.
• Maintain daily reports on events, hall bookings and update the website with event information.
Additional Responsibilities:
• Market and manage the four fully equipped classrooms available for rental, which are ideal for training sessions, press briefings, lectures, and discussions.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
• Fluency in Marathi and a strong understanding of Pune’s Marathi cultural scene.
• Minimum of a BA degree or equivalent, with prior marketing experience.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle event coordination efficiently.
