Job Description
In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with our fee earners, client experience team, and other marketing team members to plan and deliver exceptional client events across Aotearoa. You’ll manage everything from event logistics and vendor relationships to social media promotion and post event analysis. What you’ll do:
Drive digital and in-person event projects from start to finish
Work with internal teams and external vendors for seamless execution
Create digital invitations and event pages
Promote events via social media channels
Manage budgets, registrations, and event reporting
Support with marketing admin and staff onboarding/offboarding
What you’ll bring:
Around 1 year’s experience in marketing or communications
Strong skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally experience with HubSpot and Adobe Creative Suite
Social media savvy (Instagram, LinkedIn)
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and a great communicator
Tenacious, collaborative, and customer-focused
