POSITION OVERVIEW
PMY USA is seeking a candidate to serve in a newly created role overtaking individual responsibilities from many different marketing, communications, and business development stakeholders into a single cohesive event and marketing campaign coordinator. The role merges external communications planning with event/tradeshow/conference/professional association/seminar management to ensure highly successful externally facing events and communications, while maximizing value and ensuring creation and adherence to the planned budget for these events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Event & Campaign Planning and Delivery
Plan, coordinate, and manage PMY Group’s presence at key regional events, including trade shows, conferences, seminars, professional associations, and industry partnerships.
Lead forward planning for events and campaigns, including strategy development, timelines, collateral preparation, resource allocation, and cost planning.
Coordinate regional events and USA HQ internal and external-facing social events.
Manage trade show booths, displays, demo gear, and all associated setup and logistics.
Coordinate event attendance logistics, including registrations and travel planning, to minimize last-minute bookings and control costs.
Marketing, Content & Digital Initiatives
Plan and deliver integrated digital and print marketing campaigns aligned with regional and global priorities.
Coordinate with internal subject matter experts and stakeholders to develop, refine, and deploy marketing and communications content.
Oversee USA regional digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns, to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
Ensure effective utilization of digital, print, and conference sponsorship benefits included with memberships or event participation.
Partnerships, Vendors & Stakeholder Management
Develop and manage partnerships with regional organizations, clients, sponsors, and professional bodies to deliver co-branded initiatives aligned with global branding standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for conference, tradeshow, and professional organization relationships.
Coordinate closely with internal event owners and cross-functional stakeholders.
Negotiate with event organizers and vendors to achieve best value in line with PMY’s corporate strategies.
Budget, Assets & Operational Oversight
Create, manage, and track regional marketing, communications, and sales budgets; monitor spending against budget on an ongoing basis.
Interface with accounting and finance teams to ensure timely payments and to leverage early payment discounts where available.
Manage promotional item strategy, including planning, ordering, shipping, inventory control, and budget oversight.
Manage and maintain PMY’s Marketing Asset Management (MAM) / Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems for marketing and business development content.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Experience in marketing, communications, events, advertising, or business development roles, preferably within a B2B or professional services environment.
Demonstrated experience planning and delivering events, conferences, or tradeshows with multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently and meet deadlines.
Experience with budget creation, tracking, and reconciliation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functional groups and regions.
Comfortable synthesizing complex offerings into clear, compelling external communications.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Familiarity with digital marketing channels, content management, and asset management systems is preferred.
